Join us for an amazing experience at an Aboriginal paint and graze sessions. Here you will learn about Aboriginal art, paint your own piece of unique artwork and share in grazing on some delicious food from a local Aboriginal catering company. 

Come along to one of our programmed sessions or book a group of 10 or more tickets for your family, friends or organisation and we can organise to do a private show just for you.

If you book an individual ticket to one of our sessions we will notify you of when the events will be held.

This amazing whole day event will help you better connect with Aboriginal culture and yourself.  This is a personal journey for participants who will gain a life changing experience.

The event starts and finishes with a traditional smoking ceremony, gets everyone yarning and connecting with each other and themselves, and includes breathe work and sound healing sessions, Dadirri Aboriginal mindfulness meditation, paint your own story on canvas and whilst enjoying a delicious catered lunch.

Join us as we come together to heal, grow, and celebrate the richness of Aboriginal culture and holistic wellness practices. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring your yoga mat or towel and pillow as this event you will be laying for your healing experience.

10:00am - Traditional Smoking Ceremony: Begin your journey with a sacred ceremony, cleansing the space and inviting positive energies.
10:30am - Yarning Circle Meet and Greet: Share stories and connect with like-minded individuals in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
11:30am - Breathe Work and Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the therapeutic power of breath and sound, guided by traditional Yidaki healing  Wirringin sessions and meditation.
1.00pm - Lunch Break: Enjoy a delicious catered lunch, nourishing both body and soul.
2:00pm - Dadirri Aboriginal Mindfulness Meditation: Deepen your connection to self and community through the practice of Dadirri, an indigenous form of mindfulness.
3:00pm - Paint Your Own Journey Story: Tap into your creativity and express your inner journey on canvas under the guidance of our skilled artists. Which you take home for your journey reflection.
4:00pm - Gratitude Yarning Circle: Reflect on the day's experiences and express gratitude in a supportive circle of fellow participants.
4:30pm - Closing Smoking Ceremony song and dance performance. Seal the day with another sacred ritual, bidding farewell to negative energies and welcoming blessings for the journey ahead.
