Hello World... we are FutureTech.
By neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people.
FutureTech is a neurodivergent-led social enterprise on a mission to inspire the neurodivergent minds of the future to build a better world for everyone.
Our programs are co-designed and delivered by neurodivergent mentors — creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people can explore their passions, connect with peers, and rediscover the joy of learning.
Now, we’re raising funds to bring our Peer Support STEAM Saturdays program to Parramatta — so Paramatta's neurodivergent young people can access the same life-changing opportunities.
The statistics are staggering.
According to the National Autism Strategy:
‘Autistic people experience some of the poorest outcomes of any cohort across a range of life domains, including 2-3 times greater risks of premature mortality than the general population.’
1 in 40 Australians are Autistic. 1 in 20 are
ADHDrs.
It is estimated that 20% of the population is neurodivergent.

Now, with your help, we are bringing our programs to Parramatta.
Neurodivergent young people in Parramatta deserve access to inclusive, inspiring programs that celebrate their strengths — but right now, there’s a gap.
Many local families struggle to find activities that are safe, affirming, and tailored to their children’s needs.
FutureTech’s programs have transformed lives in other parts of Sydney — helping young people reconnect with learning, build friendships, and grow in confidence.
We believe all young people deserve the same opportunity to thrive — and with your help, we’re ready to begin the next chapter of FutureTech's story in Parramatta.
Be Curious. Be Creative. Be Yourself.
Your support will help us launch our STEAM Saturdays program in Paramatta , where neurodivergent youth can:
-
Take part in
STEAM workshops
that build curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
-
Receive
one-on-one peer support
to grow independence and social connection.
-
Connect with
neurodivergent mentors
who’ve walked similar paths and now lead the way for others.
And for our mentors — neurodivergent adults who face unacceptably high rates of unemployment — FutureTech STEAM Saturdays (Paramatta) will provide paid, meaningful work and leadership opportunities.
Funds raised will support critical functions and enable us to open our doors - contributing to equipment and technology; training and support for neurodivergent mentors; and operational support, supervision and oversight for our new program.
"Truly thank you for what you’ve created for our kids. You really are doing something so special and creating lifelong life changing friendships." - Hayley

Meet our Founder
Hello World... I'm Bec I’m the Founder of FutureTech — and a proudly neurodivergent person who’s passionate about creating spaces where young people can feel safe, curious, and excited to be themselves. FutureTech was inspired by my little brother Sam, who’s incredibly smart and creative but struggled in a school system that didn’t see his strengths. I saw firsthand how much potential was being missed — not just in him, but in so many neurodivergent kids. I’ve spent my life trying to change that. I was diagnosed with AuADHD at 26, which helped me better understand myself and deepened my commitment to creating something better for the next generation. FutureTech is my life’s mission — and I’m so glad you’re here. 💛 |
