What is Secondly Yours?Secondly Yours gives beautiful pre-loved cultural fashion another opportunity to be worn, loved and celebrated. Discover saris, lehengas (skirts with matching tops and scarves), salwar suits (pants with long tops), dupattas (long scarves), party wear and accessories. Think all the colour, sparkle and joy of Bollywood! Shop or hire an outfit for a special occasion, donate quality clothing, join a styling workshop or host a workplace or community event . Building on Harman Foundation’s Thrift Factory initiative, Secondly Yours brings people together through fashion and culture while supporting a bigger purpose. Every garment has a story. Why a mobile boutique?
Right now, Secondly Yours is based at Harman Foundation’s HOPE Multicultural Hub in Lalor Park , where collection viewings are available by arrangement. We want to take the experience further. A mobile boutique will allow us to bring our collection to markets, community events and workplaces across Western Sydney, while developing our presence in Parramatta. Imagine a welcoming pop-up filled with colour, beautiful fabrics and stories: a place where you can find an outfit, learn how to drape a sari, meet other people and know that your visit supports a purpose beyond fashion. Your donation will help us create the practical foundations to make that possible. |  |

Meet Harman Foundation
Harman Foundation has supported women, families and multicultural communities in Western Sydney since 2013. Secondly Yours builds on its Thrift Factory initiative which won a ZEST Award 2024 for Outstanding Project – Climate & Environmental Resilience and has already popped up in Harris Park, Stanhope Gardens and at the Blacktown City Festival. Taking it mobile brings a new dimension to that work: a joyful cultural-fashion experience with a social purpose.
We believe people deserve dignity, connection and opportunity. We also believe that a beautiful outfit can be the beginning of a conversation, a celebration or a new connection.

Meet The Founder: Harinder Kaur OAM
Harinder Kaur OAM is the CEO and Co-Founder of Harman Foundation, an educator, humanitarian and Senior Sikh and Multifaith Chaplain. With over 42 years in education and public service, she has dedicated her life to women’s safety, social justice and multicultural communities. Her honours include the Medal of the Order of Australia , Australian Sikh Woman of the Year , Blacktown Woman of the Year and Rotary Outstanding Urban Woman of the Year . At the heart of her work is a simple purpose: creating hope and empowering lives. |  |
